COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL INTERIORS
BRIEF
During this stage, we will meet with our client to ensure we learn more about the use and functionality of their space, aesthetic wishes and lifestyle. A site visit is also very important to evaluate the interior parameters and how other factors affect the site, along with the client’s budget and other requirements.
Following this thorough process, we take their information and provide a detailed proposal outlining the brief of the project to the best of our understanding and our associated design fee.
CONCEPT
We take our client’s detailed brief and initiate a conceptual story for them. We present inspirational visuals, mood boards and preliminary finishes along with proposed floor plans and other necessary layouts needed. We also convey any conceptual elevations or 3D renders where needed showcasing bespoke millwork design along with any preliminary sourcing of specifications. This exciting stage is a very collaborative aspect with our clients. We invite our clients to provide as much feedback as possible to ensure our design direction is on the right path.
DETAILS
Once the client has provided approval of their entire design concept scope, we will fully develop the construction details of the design. This stage includes any drawing details of interior architecture, bespoke millwork and furniture. We also provide a detailed specification book highlighting all specifications required for the project. We present this detailed package to our client highlighting budget parameters. This entire drawing and specification package will be ready for the construction process.
REALIZATION
Upon agreement of the construction drawings scope of work, we ensure all onsite preparation requirements are met prior to the design scope being carried out during the construction phase. We attend ongoing site meetings with the other consultants involved and ensure our design intent is being carried out as required - we keep our client involved at all times. During the final construction completion stage, we take part in the snagging period for those final touches to a beautiful project. Upon final completion, our client’s interior space is ready for them to fully enjoy!
